Ingredients 8 lrg lasagne noodles 1 lb hamburger 1 small onion grated 12 oz spaghetti sauce 1 can or 1/2 jar 1/16 tsp oregano 1/2 carton cottage cheese 1.5 cup mozzarella cheese grated 5 slices white cheddar cheese Instructions Cook noodles about 20 minutes and drain. Grandma Herman’s Macaroni Hot Dish

Ingredients 1/2 cup onions diced 1/3 cup green pepper diced 1 lb ground beef drained 1/4 tsp dried chili powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1 pint tomato sauce or soup 2 cup macaroni 1 cup peas cup corn whole, drained Instructions Season ground beef with chili powder, salt, pepper and tomato sauce or soup. Set aside. Cook 2 cups of macaroni until finished. Add peas and drained corn.  Bake 1/2 hour at 375F in greased casserole.

Ingredients 1 tsp lemon pepper 1/2 tsp ground cardamon 6 tenderloin steaks 1 inch thick, 4 oz each 3 tbsp butter 8 small mushrooms thinly sliced 2 tbsp green onions sliced 2 tbsp white wine 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp dijon style mustard Instructions Combine pepper, cardamon and sprinkle over steaks. Ingredients 1/2 lb ground beef 3/4 cup tomato sauce 1/2 tsp oregano 1 pinch garlic salt, onion salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup grated cheese 1 can unbaked refrigerated biscuits Instructions Brown meat in saucepan. Add sauce and allow to simmer, then spread onto biscuits. Set 4 biscuits onto greased cookie sheet. Spread with meat, desired toppings and cheese. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes. Love0

Salisbury Steak

Salisbury Steak Ingredients 1 lb ground beef 2 tbsp minced onion 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 1 egg beaten 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 12 oz cream of mushroom soup 1 can 6 oz water 1/2 can Instructions Combine ground beef with cream of mushroom soup and shape into oval patties about 1 inch thick.  Brown on both sides in a little oil.
