Ingredients
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamon
- 6 tenderloin steaks 1 inch thick, 4 oz each
- 3 tbsp butter
- 8 small mushrooms thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp green onions sliced
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dijon style mustard
Instructions
- Combine pepper, cardamon and sprinkle over steaks. Heat in butter in heavy skillet. Add steaks and panfry 7-8 minutes.
- Remove steaks to heated platter. Add mushrooms and onions and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Stir in wine, soy sauce and mustard, scraping up brown bits sticking to the skillet.
- Pour sauce over steaks.
